Order Processing
All products are custom manufactured to order.
Orders are generally processed within 3–7 business days after:
- Payment has been received in full.
- Artwork has been approved (where applicable).
- Any required information has been provided by the customer.
During busy periods or promotional events, processing times may be longer. If this occurs, we will contact you if there is a significant delay.
Shipping
We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal services.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and are provided by the shipping carrier.
Typical delivery times are:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas: 5–10 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery Delays
Royal In Foil is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Australia Post or courier services
- Severe weather events
- Public holidays
- Customs processing (where applicable)
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate before completing their order.
If an incorrect address is provided and your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately.
If an order has already been shipped, additional shipping costs may apply if the parcel is returned to us and requires re-delivery.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in resolving the claim.
Royal In Foil is not responsible for delays or losses once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier; however, we will provide all reasonable assistance to help locate your shipment.
Signature on Delivery
Some orders may require a signature upon delivery at the discretion of the shipping carrier.
If no one is available to accept delivery, the parcel may be taken to your local collection point or redelivery may need to be arranged.
International Shipping
International shipping is available upon request.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees or other charges imposed by their destination country.
