Return & Refund Policy
At Royal In Foil, every order is custom made specifically for each customer using the artwork, files and specifications supplied or approved by you.
Because our products are personalised and cannot be resold, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect artwork supplied by the customer.
- Spelling, grammar or punctuation errors contained in artwork approved by the customer.
- Incorrect colours, sizing, layout or design choices that were supplied or approved by the customer.
- Orders where the customer has approved the final artwork before production.
Artwork Approval
It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review all artwork, including spelling, grammar, phone numbers, email addresses, QR codes, colours, layout and sizing before approving production.
Once artwork has been approved and production has commenced, no changes or cancellations can be made.
If We Make a Mistake
If we make an error during production that differs from the approved artwork or your order specifications, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Where Royal In Foil is responsible for the error, we will, at our discretion and in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law:
- Reprint the order at no additional cost; or
- Repair or replace the product where appropriate; or
- Provide a refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Photographs of the issue may be requested to assist with assessing the claim.
Unable to Produce Your Order
If, after receiving your order, we determine that we cannot produce your artwork or requested product to an acceptable standard, we will contact you to discuss available options.
If no suitable solution can be reached before production begins, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, limits or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product has a major failure or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to the remedies available under that law.
